Sponsorship Packages

Our sponsorship packages range in price with a package to suit every budget - from Bronze through to Diamond. With a variety of extras available as individual purchases or as discounted add-ons, there are many ways for your brand to stand out at AWS Community Day.

AWS also offers a Market Development Fund (MDF) program that can cover up to 50% of your sponsorship costs - making this an even more accessible opportunity.

As a registered Non-Profit Company (NPC), AWS Community South Africa NPC is a qualifying Section 18A entity - meaning your sponsorship may be tax-deductible.

We have made the process for application very simple. We have created a simple form to capture all the necessary information, and we will work with you every step of the way.

1. Send us an email with your selected package and company details, and we'll take it from there.
2. We will send you a simple form to complete, so we can get all your details correct.
3. We will draw up the contract and send it to review. If you have any questions or changes, just let us know, and we can work to make it the best possible contract.
4. Once signed, we will start to send you any templates for art needed and our wonderful Sponsor Handbook with everything you need to know.

Custom Packages?

Our pre-built packages are provided to give potential sponsors an easy way to access the most common structures for sponsoring; but we have always embraced requests from sponsors for something unique or to fit within their budgets.

If you do not see something which fits your needs, please contact us and share your ideas or constraints, and we will work hard to make it a reality for you.

Payment Terms

Our standard contract is payment within 7 days of invoicing; but we totally understand this may not always be viable.

Just let us know, and we can change the payment terms, delay payment until budgets come through, or even split the payments up.

Need More Time?

We understand that internal processes may take time, and you do not want to lose out on your ideal package. To solve this we allow anyone to reserve a package! And there is no deposit or cost to do so.

All you need to do is let us know when you submit the request to sponsor, and we will reserve it for you. If you decide to not take it, just let us know!
